Laura Bowman is a lawyer from East Gwillimbury.

Ms. Bowman has a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in Canadian Studies from McGill University.

Ms. Bowman has been very active on a variety of environmental and social issues in the riding and across Canada. This is her first time running for office.

Her priorities in the riding include curtailing sprawl, improving transit infrastructure, protecting water,  affordable housing, local agriculture, improving local employment opportunities and municipal and planning reform.
